Trying with transfer paper

I love drawing on my t-shirts as well as changing its shape with thread and needle and my bless scissors. Basically, I love making the whole design of my t-shirts. Up to now I only had my markers and my fabric paints, but they weren’t enough, above all bearing in mind that despite being a designer I’m not good at drawing (it’s as my hands doesn’t obey me). So, as a whim after a month working hard, I bought a transfer paper packet. I found it very expensive (5 sheets of transfer paper for 20€) but at least it included a black t-shirt. First I gave the t-shirt to my boyfriend (I love boys in black t-shirts!) but it was too small for him, so I kept it to experiment with it. And here is the result:

Además de cambiar la forma de las camisetas con aguja e hilo y mis benditas tijeras, me encanta dibujar sobre ellas. Vamos, que me encanta hacer el diseño integral de mis camisetas. Hasta el momento sólo contaba con mis rotuladores y pinturas para tela, pero me daban poca libertad, sobre todo teniendo en cuenta que pese a ser diseñadora no se me da bien dibujar (es como si mis manos no me obedeciesen) Así que, como capricho después de un mes de duro trabajo, me compré un paquete de papel transfer. Lo encontré especialmente caro (20€ 5 hojas de papel transfer)pero por lo menos de regalo venía una camiseta negra. Primero le regalé la camiseta a mi chico (¡adoro los chicos en camiseta negra!) pero le quedaba pequeña, así que me la quedé para experimentar. Y he aquí el resultado:

Xmas decoration: paper snowflakes

Following my Xmas decoration plan, I stuck snowflakes and stars in the  stairs, and also snowflakes in the tv. Now I’m writing this post to show off (of course!) and to tell you my experience doing it. It was the first time I worked with glitter and paper, and I learned some things from my experience (and mainly, from my mistakes!)
